Valid for US customers only!!!
What’s Happening?
Currently:
Under the de minimis rule, shipments to the U.S. valued at $800 or less could enter duty-free.
This allowed many small online purchases to arrive without paying customs duties, taxes, or extra fees.
From August 29, 2025:
This duty-free exemption ends for all countries.
All shipments, regardless of value, are subject to customs duties, taxes, and possible processing fees.
Every package coming from the EU (e.g., orders from Jludacolors.com) or other countries will incur additional costs.
Depending on your state, this can add $30–$50 or more to your order.
Postal and courier services (FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS) will forward these fees to the customer.
By completing a purchase, the customer fully accepts and understands that all customs-related charges are their sole responsibility.
The customer is solely responsible for paying any and all customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may be applied by the destination country’s customs authorities or courier services.
J. Luda Colors is not responsible for these costs and will not cover, refund, or reimburse any such fees under any circumstances.
Failure to pay the required customs or import fees may result in the package being held, returned, or destroyed by customs. J. Luda Colors accepts no liability for such outcomes and will not issue any refunds for undelivered orders caused by non-payment of these fees.
